I'm Byrene.
Assistant to the President for Missions, Human Care, and Stewardship, has been an ordained pastor for 32 years. He served in multi-ethnic urban congregations at Berea, Detroit, MI, as Director of Outreach and Evangelism, and at St. Louis, where he led four congregations in the L.U.T.H.E.R. Plan. Additionally, he was Senior Pastor at Gospel Lutheran in Milwaukee and Mission Facilitator for the Northern Illinois District LCMS until September 2019. He has also written a Bible Study on healing racial divides in America, titled “One Nation Under God: Healing Racial Divides.” His third book, “Guided by Grace: A Narrative to Lead Organizational Change,” is available on Amazon.
